Products and services
Mucci Products offers physical products, 3D printed products, custom manufacturing, design services, prototyping, and related services.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colours, dimensions, textures, finishes, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs or digital representations.
Custom projects
Customers are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, specifications, files, descriptions, and other information required for custom projects.
Before manufacturing begins, Mucci Products may request approval of designs, specifications, pricing, or other project details.
Once a customer approves a custom design or authorizes production, changes may result in additional charges.
Mucci Products is not responsible for problems resulting from incorrect measurements, specifications, files, instructions, or information supplied or approved by the customer.
3D printed products
3D printing naturally produces characteristics such as visible layer lines, slight dimensional variation, support marks, seams, or minor surface imperfections.
These characteristics do not necessarily indicate a defective product.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates provided through our website or directly by Mucci Products may be based on the information available at the time.
Pricing may change if the scope, dimensions, material requirements, manufacturing time, design complexity, shipping requirements, or other project details change.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Orders
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, manufacturing limitations, or incorrect product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Intellectual property
The Mucci Products name, branding, website content, graphics, photographs, designs, and other materials owned by Mucci Products may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Customers retain ownership of intellectual property they legally own and provide to Mucci Products.
By providing a file, image, design, logo, model, or other material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission for Mucci Products to use it for your project.
Prohibited uses
You may not use our website, services, or manufacturing capabilities for illegal activities, infringement of intellectual property rights, fraud, harmful activities, or the production of prohibited items.
Limitation of liability
