Standard products

Returns for eligible standard products may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at [your email] before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Custom and made-to-order products

Custom-designed, personalized, modified, made-to-order, and customer-approved 3D printed products are generally final sale because they are manufactured specifically for the customer.

Custom products may still qualify for a replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design or order specifications.

Minor surface variations, layer lines, colour variations, and other characteristics normally associated with 3D printing are not considered manufacturing defects.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production or fulfillment has started. Custom orders cannot normally be cancelled once design work or manufacturing has begun.
